Our Group
The group has found that by meeting early on Wednesdays, before the business day begins, we are provided with a focused time to share referrals and testimonies, and present our businesses each week to the other members in a sixty second description. Then on a rotating basis one business owner is allowed an extended ten minute presentation. There is also an education portion to each meeting where one of the members will share something they have read or learned recently or they will describe a technique that has been particularly effective in generating new business.
By referring existing clients to members of the group we create “triangles of trust.” If one member has had a particularly good experience with a service provider they will refer that provider to the other members of the group creating a multiplying effect. As new opportunities arise we learn to trust one another more and increased referrals are the result.
We are working with the premise that people do business with people they know, like, and trust.
And yet, so many people want to skip past the parts about the knowing and liking ... they want to go straight to the part about getting referrals or sales without building to and through the trusting part.
Founders Networking Group is an opportunity to:

- let people experience you as a person by seeing you in action - they learn to trust you by watching:
- how you treat other people

- that you are looking to give to the group
The building of trust is where the heavy lifting comes into play. This is where you must show your character, your integrity, your ability, and your kindness and concern for others.
At the Founders Networking Group we want to become more like farmers than hunters. We realize that relationships take time and nourishment and continued care for the crop to grow. We realize that when you plant the seed of friendship and give it time to grow ... that there is an abundance of great things that will come your way.
